Korea Trip Nov 2013 - Day 2
We have set our step to YongDuSan, after we get our ride. The ride is rented from KT (I believe they do have affiliation with Hertz) and the car rental per day is roughly around RM100+ (Which included the daily car insurance. I will highly you all get that since it will cost like around RM30 per day which at least you will have less pressure while you are driving in a new environment). YongDuSan a place famous for it's dragon head rock, Where it eventually you could see it on the other side of the shores.
We have headed back to our guesthouse (TGG) for check in and directly head out for our next destination (Jusangjeolli Cliffs) which recommended by the Guesthouse owner Slyvia. A very friendly lady who are pretty fluent in English. The cliff is like a set of blackish, rock pillars of rectangular or hexagonal shapes (Which remind me of LEGO blocks). Based on the information the pillars are created via sudden cooling of lava that shrinks in mass. The sight of waves crashing against the columns is very beautiful in deed. :")
Our final stop is the Songak Mountain. Mt. Songak is a simple volcano on Jeju Island which has double craters and a parasitic volcano. Very cool (And cold) place indeed. nice view and a place to hike for sunset. But too bad, when we reach there, the sun is almost setting and it is going to be dark when we reach the peak. We have decided not to go there and stay in the middle of the route. And as a closure of the day, we have headed our first BBQ meal for the korea trip where the restaurent served black pork meat and pork rib. Seriously, everything taste very nice indeed. :"D
That's all for day 2, more photos on the next posts. Have a great night people. :")
